Like many of you reading this, I have been thinking a lot about what 2022 will hold. With an unrelenting pandemic raging and uncertainty breathing down my neck, I am choosing to be a rebel by refusing to concede my high expectations for this year.

See, I allowed things that I could not control to dictate my feelings for almost two years, and this year, I am saying NO MORE! Instead of continuing to put my goals on pause, waiting for the illusion of the perfect time, or worse, waiting for normal to reintroduce itself after its two-year hiatus, I am choosing to ALLOW COURAGE!

And I am going to tell you why you should too.

But First, What Is Courage?

Courage is defined as ‘“Mental or moral strength to persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty.” Merrian-Webster Dictionary

Correcting Misconceptions of Courage —
We often think of courage as LOUD and BOISTEROUS, but courage is actually quiet and calm.

We may have believed that courage meant FEARLESSNESS, but courage is acknowledging fear and deciding to do it even if it means doing it AFRAID!
